One of the biggest distinctions between TCI and the “local computer repair companies”, besides dental technology knowledge, is that we have a vast pool of custom installation experience to draw from. Our job is not only to provide expert computer networking skills but to integrate it into your practice in a seamless professional manner.

A thorough onsite evaluation usually helps resolve many design/installation issues. During the construction process, your TCI representative can and will work with the local construction contractor. As BCI is our parent company we not only have a great deal of mechanical knowledge we also have the resources at our disposal to complete the toughest jobs. Take for instance an install of ceiling-mounted LCD monitors in operatories, it is doubtful that there would be electricty to feed, however we can utilize our parent company, BCI and simply have one of their electricians take care of that. Additionally our relationship with BCI has allowed us to complete many ground-up construction projects, further growing our vast knowlege base. This often means adding additional backing for large LCD displays or planning for the future with the prope infrastructure and cabling to keep your office ready for what's ahead. This planning can often save on overall costs and increase future technology options.

To install networks efficiently, TCI has developed detailed installation standards. For many projects and especially retrofits, our experienced technicians often exercise out-of-the-box thinking for mounting computers and LCD displays.
